Refund policy

While we hope you love the products you purchase, for peace of mind and to give you confidence in our products, we do accept returns of our products in their original condition for a refund, exchange, or store credit, within 14 days of receipt.

Please email us at info@laloupedesign.com  with your return request to start the process.

Customers are responsible for the returned shipping cost, or the total shipping cost of the exchange. Please note that the shipping cost of your order is not refundable. ​To avoid any damage during transport, we advise that customers pack returns very carefully. The returned item should be shipped in the same package and manner as it was received. 

Refunds and exchanges will be processed after we received the returned item in good condition. If damaged or lost during transit La Loupe Design is not responsible for the loss of the returned item.

PLEASE NOTE, If you haven't reached out to us after the 14-day period after you received your package, your order will not longer be eligible for return.

RETURNS EXCEPTIONS: We are unable to accept returns for:

•  Products that have been assembled or installed
•  Products without the original packaging or not in their original condition
•  Bespoke orders / customized to your specifications
•  Products / Orders that are clearly marked non-returnable
